Ability and commitment to participate in all aspects of our program. Willingness to comply with all Amethyst House Guidelines.

Amethyst House welcomes referrals from but not limited to the following:

• Mental Health and Substance Use Outpatient Clinics
• Self-Referral (self-pay clients only)
• Withdrawal Management Centers
• Employee Assistance Programs
• Residential Treatment Centers

Admission to the Withdrawal Management Program –
